| Details | | Crystal Cruises | | 1. Deadline: Tickets must be issued 50 days prior to sailing. Full payment for Premium Economy must be received at least by 50 days prior to flight departure or flights are subject to cancellation.
2. Premium Economy Air add-on amounts are in addition to standard air add-on amounts listed in Crystal Cruises 2009 Atlas. Standard deviation service fees may apply. Premium Economy Air is available on SAS or British Airways to London, Copenhagen and Stockholm depending on the U.S. gateway. Premium Economy Air add-on are available from the following cities only:
JFK/EWR/BOS/PHL/WAS/BWI/YYZ/YUL/ATL/CHI/DFW/IAH/MIA/ORL/TPA/ LAX/SFO/ DEN/PHX/SEA/YYC/YVR.
Full payment for the Premium Economy Air add-on must be received at least 50 days prior to flight departure. Flights are subject to cancellation if the payment is not received by 50 days prior to departure. A $500 per person penalty applies for cancellations or changes within 50 days of flight departure.
3. Forced overnight hotel stays en route to/from the cruise due to airline availability or scheduling are the sole responsibility of the guest.
4. Offer is capacity controlled. Confirmation is subject to space availability. Upgraded service applies to transatlantic flights only. Cancellations after ticketing are subject to penalty.
